Now, select the red blob and switch to the Coppélia tab in the Actions palette.

Expand the Starting and Stopping section and change the Start movement drop down to On Slave Chain

Set the trigger of the slave chain to 1 - the same number that was given to the rollover Action applied to the button in the last step.
