Now the path has been drawn around the picture, you need to create an HTML box. Make sure that this item is going to be a layer by clicking on the Layer checkbox in the tools palette before starting.

Remember the the HTML box must cover the path for this to work properly, and it helps if the path extends out of the top and bottom of the box too.
