QuickTime VR Hotspots

Apple’s QuickTime VR allows you to create immersive and engaging VR scenes. Normally, you can link from scene to scene using hotspots. However, these hotspots can also be used to control other aspects of the Web experience.

The QuickTime VR Hotspot Action allows you to link the VR movie to other pages in your Freeway document, trigger Slave Chains or run custom JavaScript code. All from the comfort and safety of the Actions Palette.

Important: recent updates to Apple’s QuickTime have restricted how JavaScript is called from QuickTime movies. I am investigating a fix for this.
