This Action takes a CSS positioned element (a layer) and converts it into a footer item, which will always be at the end of the page. The position of the footer is based on the lowest NON CSS element on the page,

To Use

1 - Switch the CSS button on the tool bar ON

2 - Draw out an HTML element the full width of the page (this is important)

3 - Apply the Make Item Into Page Footer Action to it

4 - Add decorative elements inside this item.
