Share your thoughts on the great voyage of our time - your life. Whether it's a trip to far off exotic locations, or just a trip to the chemist, you can share it with the world. Captain’s Blog meshes seamlessly with Freeway and uses its Actions interface to control, edit and arrange the content.

Captain’s Blog also offers you Themes, so you can style your blogs, as well as an RSS 2 feed. You will also be able to integrate HTML links, images and smileys into your Blog. You also get two extra Actions - one to create a navigatio pop-up based on the blogs in your site or the one on the page, and an Action to mark images on the page for inclusion in the Blog. Images and Smileys are published with a an absolute URL in the RSS feed, so that news readers do not display broken images when the news stories are displayed.

Email feedback can be solicited, and the email link is encoded so that spam robots will not be able to harvest your details.

Commander’s Blog offers a basic text only Blog. Any HTML or smileys are preserved as text elements within the blog text.

You also need to download and install the TECOSAX Scripting Addition. This allows AppleScript to convert text between differing encodings.

Download the file from here:
http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~iimori/sw/TECOSAX.html

Locate the file named TEC.osax and place it in /Library/ScriptingAdditions

If you do not have a folder called ScriptingAdditions in the Library folder, you should create one. Just be sure to use the correct name for the folder - there is NO space in ScriptingAdditions and the capitilasion is important.

It is important that you install this OSAX - it helps with some text encoding issues. The Action may not work without it.
